As a culinary professional for the past 15 years, spending time in the kitchen and in management, I know what it takes to make sure you and your appetite are completely satisfied.

 

My culinary includes cuisines from the Midwest, Northwest, and the local Bay Area. I’ve had the unique pleasure of catering for high profile clientele including Meg Whitman, CEO of Quibi; Dianne Feinstein, Senator of California; and served out of the original Hewlett Packard home spanning 2016-2018, followed by General Management service at Roku. As a mom, I also know how to make dishes that are loved and devoured by both adults and children – creating a memorable, family meal.


To satisfy the sweeter side of culinary, I was an understudy and Sous Chef to a renowned pastry chef at Mon Amie bakery in Washington state. We created an extraordinarily successful, custom line of European-inspired pastries, breads, tarts, soups, salads, and sandwiches. Recipes I created are still in use today.

 

You can be assured that each and every ingredient is selected with your best interest in mind – think ‘organic,’ ‘fresh,’ ‘local” and ‘seasonal.’ Meal plans are customizable. I can work with you to satisfy any need whether it be allergy, medical, or dietary restrictions (please inquire when building a plan). With my experience as a General Manager came proven methods for cutting food and labor costs, getting the most value out of every dollar spent and I will do this for you as well. 

 

Two of my greatest passions are cooking and service to others. I look forward to bringing my kitchen to yours. I do the cooking and all you have to do is enjoy!
